Help Wanted

Online Music Reviewer

Help contribute to this feature unique to DOA! As an online music reviewer you will seek out mp3's from unsigned bands that only have songs available online. Online music reviewers are responsible for writing two separate reviews a week, each of just one song by a band. So you must be willing to expand on a single song and write about both the song, the style, and the band itself. You will also have the opportunity to submit concert reviews and interviews. Check out our online music review archives for a taste of what has been done in the past.

If interested, send a sample of an online music review (which includes band name, band website, song title, and link to the song, as well as the review) to doa@adequacy.net.

News Writer

Do you like to know what is going on in the music biz? Can you gather information and write-up short news items? Tour dates, exciting new releases, special promotions, bands breaking up...if these details intrigue you we need to talk! We need 3-5 news items per week. If you're good at scouring the internet for the latest and greatest, email us at doa@adequacy.net.

We are looking for people with diverse tastes and an open mind, folks who enjoy writing and who are reliable enough to contribute at least one album review a week. Music writers are also encouraged to contribute with band interviews, concert reviews, and other content.
